Introduction To Hospitality
GCS (Formally RCS) are offering a free introduction to working in hospitality course, which focuses on learners who are interested in entering the hospitality industry as a career.
The course explores the basic skills needed to work within restaurants, bars, hotels and will cover team work, customer service and self-motivation.
