• Please note for the TEEN FUN DAYS, a parent or carer MUST COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM but are not to attend the event(s).
• For children born on or between 01/09/2011 to 31/08/2018 children must be accompanied by a parent/carer and in receipt of free school meals, have an SEN/ECHP plan or be an Afganistan/Ukrainian refugee.
