Congratulations goes to Georgina Harris who has achieved her level 3 Childcare qualification with help from Helen Myatt (tutor) RCS Ltd this summer, awarded by Wendy Masterson – RCS Community Development Manager.

Georgina applied to work on Connect4Summer as a support worker in 2019, at a time when her self esteem was at an all time low. She commenced her level 2 in childcare and Maths and English with RCS Adult learning programmes, going further to complete her level 3 in childcare. Wendy Masterson states, ‘Through Georgina’s hard work and dedication she has gained her qualifications and experience with the support of RCS. She is a great example of how taking one little step can lead to bigger and better things. RCS is very proud of what Georgina has achieved not only in her learning but how she has developed over the last three years’.
